Yes. One day accrues for each full month worked, up to 11 days. A separate 15 days is granted when you reach one year of service.
After one year the base is 15 days, and from the third year one extra day is added for every two years beyond the first. The statutory cap is 25 days, so it stops growing at 21 years.
Many employers grant leave on a fiscal-year basis, which differs from the start-date basis used here. Leave also does not accrue below 80% attendance, and workplaces with fewer than five employees are exempt.
